We strive to identify and confront the barriers women face in pursuing careers in law by creating a network of resources to ensure female students can reach their fullest potential in academia and the workplace. Through an intersectional approach, we strive to develop educational, equitable and engaging initiatives to create an inclusive space for students interested in the field of law. By collaborating with female leaders and professionals, we strive to reveal the potential of all genders in the legal realm.
